With Carteret Local Food Network's Farms, Food, & Friends Dinners on hold for 2020, have you reserved your seat for a truly amazing dining experience at the Inn on Turner yet?
As the first Inn in the area to be NC Green Travel Certified, Accredited by Ocean Project and GottoBeNC Ambassadors, Kim Bell & Jonathan Haas (Owners/Innkeepers/Chefs) want you to know that you are supporting Mother Earth, Mother Ocean, and Family Farms while enjoying your seaside escape.
As Chefs, Jonathan’s experience in the restaurant industry and Kim’s experience in private catering, ensure a delicious stay for guests. Food is a strong focus at the Inn on Turner and each meal is most memorable.
You don't have to be a tourist to enjoy dining INN at the Inn on Turner - locals are welcome as well! While Carteret Local Food Network has had to put a pause on our Farms, Food, & Friends Dinners for 2020, we are planning to host small farm to table dinners again in 2021. Until then, please continue eating and supporting locally! Check out their Visit NC Farms mobile app page and check under the "Special Events" category to see their dinner schedules.
A portion of your reservation supports a different nonprofit each month as part of the Charitable Dining Events series and the Inn on Turner focuses on local needs within Beaufort and Carteret County!
So what's for dinner? Check out the menu Kim sent over from a previous dinner to give me an idea of what kind of local seafood and fresh produce inspire the meals that are served:
